Look deep into nature, then you will understand everything. -Albert Einstein

Social distancing requires a distance of six feet apart from others, but during this time we are encouraged to take walks, get outside, and enjoy nature within the correct conditions of distancing from one another.

Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.

Mosaic Butterfly is creating an ongoing list of our favorite tri-state outdoor spots.
